Field Worksheet

Summary

Use the Field Worksheet screen to create worksheet reports to use when writing an estimate in the field. These reports can be printed on your ink jet or laser printer to improve the process of taking notes on which parts need to be replaced or repaired for each estimate.

The completed Field Worksheet can be used as an input document when creating an estimate in AdjustRite. This will speed up the process and will often result in more accurate data entry.

Select the Make, Model and Year from drop down lists. Once you select a specific vehicle you will see a checklist of the part groups for that vehicle. For example, let's take a look at the screen if we select a 2004 Peterbilt 279 Day Cab. In this example the first three part groups are checked.

When you click on the button you will see a report like the one below. Just click on the printer icon in the Adobe PDF window that pops up to print the worksheet. Use the worksheet to check the items that need to be replaced and repaired and make short notes if needed (for example you can enter the number of repair hours in the note area.

The parts groups and individual parts will list in the same order on the Field Worksheet as they do in the available parts grid on the estimate screen as you create an estimate - this will help you to enter estimates more quickly and with fewer errors.
