Forgot Login Information?

Use this screen if you have forgotten your User ID or Password.

You can enter your email address. If the system finds the entered email address associated with your account it will email you the information. This means that if your email was not entered in the system when your login was created, you will need to talk with your company AdjustRite administrator and have them reset your password.

You get to the Forgot Login Information screen by clicking on the "Forgot Username or Password ?" link at the bottom left of the login screen, right above the New User? - Register Now!" link.

This screen only accepts one piece of information, your email address.

Enter your email address in the text box and click on the Continue button. Be sure to enter the full email address. For example, "myemail@companyname.com". Make sure not to forget the part after the "@" symbol. If the system can not find your email address, it will display a message that says "No matching records were found for the supplied email address. If that happens, just click on the AdjustRite logo to return to the login screen and try repeating the process. This can happen if you have either mistyped your email address, or if it was not entered correctly when your User ID was created.

If the system finds your email address it will email your User ID and Password to you.

Please talk with your company AdjustRite administrator if you are not able to get your login information this way so they can either reset your password or create you a new user login. The administrator will contact AdjustRite directly if they need assistance.
