Detail Instructions

This screen is divided into two areas.

Billing Information

The top half of the Account Management screen is used to maintain the billing information for your company. This information should match the billing address on the credit card you use to purchase additional estimates. Please enter any missing information and verify that everything is correct before submitting a new purchase. The specific credit card information will not be stored on our system, as this is the most secure way to protect your credit card information. You will need to enter your credit card type, card number and expiration date each time you purchase estimates.

  • Billing Name: This is the name showing on the credit card used
  • Billing Address, City, State & Zip: Postal address of the card holder - please include the full address.
  • Credit Type: Select the type of card use on this drop down list. We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. You will need to select the credit type each time you purchase estimates, as we do not store detail credit card information.
  • Card Number: Enter your full card number with no spaces. We do not store your credit card number, so it will need to be entered each time you purchase estimates.
  • Expiration Date: Select the month and year from the drop down list boxes. If the current date is past the expiration date, you will be notified and will need to enter a card that has not yet expired.
  • Available Estimates: This shows how many estimates you currently have available. You can never edit this number directly, but it will automatically increase when you purchase additional estimates. Your available estimates will increase immediately upon submitting your request.

Pricing Plans

Estimates are prepaid in AdjustRite. That way, you just buy as many estimates as you want and then purchase more when you are starting to run out. The pricing plans give you six options, for purchasing additional estimates. The cost per estimate is lower when you purchase more estimates.

The pricing plan shows several pricing columns, as follows:

  • Select: Click on one of the check boxes to select the package you want to purchase.
  • Estimate Plan: Name of each package.
  • Number of Estimates: The number of new estimates added when purchasing each package.
  • Cost per Estimate: The cost per estimate is lower when more estimates are purchased at one time.
  • Cost of Estimate Package: This is the cost for purchasing the estimates in this package. This is the total cost for the estimate plan purchased if you have already purchased other packages during the current year. So, if you already purchased another estimate package during the current year, your total cost will be the total from this column.
  • Sign On and Registration Fee: This is a one time fee that is paid by each user. The registration fee is used for account setup and verification.
  • Yearly Fee: The minimal yearly fee covers all upgrades, maintenance and access to the system. The yearly fee is good for one year starting at the time of registration.
  • Packages: A package system allows all types of users to purchase the right amount of estimates to support their operations. Estimates do not have an expiration for usage.
  • Purchasing additional estimates: AdjustRite employs a counter so that the user can see the amount of estimates left in their package. As the number of estimates in the package gets closer to zero, the user is notified to purchase an additional package. In instances where two packages are overlapping, AdjustRite will deduct estimates from the initial package purchased. Once the original estimate package has zero estimates remaining, the next packaged purchased will then have estimates withdrawn.
